What happens next?

1. Questionnaire / Workshop
We begin with an exchange to understand your business, audience, objectives and positioning.
This phase helps align the project, clarify expectations and define a solid foundation before moving into creation.

2. Moodboard / Art Direction
Once the 50% deposit is received, you gain access to your client space on Notion where everything is centralised.
We develop one to two moodboards to define the visual direction of the project, including styles, colors, textures and references.
This step ensures that we share the same vision before moving forward with design.

3. Logo Design
Based on the approved direction, we develop the logo proposals.
You have up to 3 rounds of revisions.
We then refine the selected concept together through up to three revision rounds, allowing the design to evolve and be precisely adjusted.

4. Brand Guidelines
Once the logo is validated, we build the complete visual system:
Colors, typography, logo variations, usage rules, examples and best practices.
This document ensures visual consistency across all applications, over time.

5. Final Delivery
You receive all final files for both print and digital use. Your visual identity is ready to be deployed across all relevant media.
